Cultural Capital is a central theme: of adding to the quality of life
and public space through cultural destinations and activities;
attracting new economies into the region through culture. |

| The Independant Group Exhibition of 1956 re-visited. As with the 1956
exhibition 12 groups of three / four people - an Artist, an Architect,
a Culture or Communications specialist - work together to create an
installation in a defined pavilion space reflecting their collaborative
artist / architect / urbanist vision of the future. |
